"I think that the people attending had a genuine interest in sharing ideas on art, science, science fiction and other related topics. We got to know a bit about each other and it was decided to have a topic for future meetups that people know about ahead of time. I felt that unlike other meetups, this was more about sharing ideas rather than looking for a pick-up or just finding others who shared an interest. "
